Shipping

Shipping and returning the samples to Sibolab is free of charge in Germany. The shipping label for the return shipment is enclosed with the test kit. For delivery to other EU countries, we charge an expense allowance of up to €15 for postage during the ordering process, depending on the destination country.

A possibly extended delivery time for the return is usually unproblematic. The breathing gas samples are stable for at least 14 days after they have been taken. Nevertheless, we would like to ask you to send the samples back to us as soon as possible.
