Shipping and return of samples to Sibolab is free of charge within Germany. The return shipping label is included with the test kit. For deliveries outside the EU, we charge a postage fee of up to €20 during the order process, depending on the destination country.

A possibly extended delivery time for the return is usually unproblematic. The breathing gas samples are stable for at least 14 days after they have been taken. Nevertheless, we would like to ask you to send the samples back to us as soon as possible.
