Shipping

Delivery within Germany takes 2-4 working days.

In other European countries, the delivery time is usually 3-7 working days, depending on the destination country and the respective shipping service provider.

We offer free shipping on all breathalyzer tests within Germany, including a return label. We ship with DHL.

If a shipment is not picked up and is returned to us, you will bear the costs for resending it.

Note: Interested parties from non-EU countries should send an inquiry to info (at) sibolab.de.

International shipping is not included in the price of the test.

Shipping and return of samples to Sibolab is free of charge within Germany. The return shipping label is included with the test kit. For deliveries outside the EU, we charge a postage fee of up to €20 during the order process, depending on the destination country.

Please note: We do not collect tests from customs.

A possibly extended delivery time for the return is usually unproblematic. The breathing gas samples are stable for at least 30 days after they have been taken. Nevertheless, we would like to ask you to send the samples back to us as soon as possible.
