Tummy Relax Tea

The "Belly Relax" organic herbal tea consists of a carefully balanced combination of organically grown ingredients. It contains a balanced blend of lemon balm, chamomile, anise, fennel and caraway.

• Anise, fennel (11%) & caraway (10%): Promote digestion and have a positive effect on the intestines.
• Liquorice root & peppermint: Provide natural sweetness and a fresh note that soothes the stomach.
• Carrot: Gives a subtle sweetness that ideally complements the herbs.
• Verbena Whole: Adds a refreshing citrus note that invigorates the mind.
• Marigolds: Give a floral note for a well-rounded aroma.
• Hop flowers: Known for their relaxing properties, they add a special note to the tea.
  

Ingredients:

Lemon balm* (30%), chamomile*, anise*, fennel* (11%), caraway* (10%), carrot*, licorice root*, peppermint*, whole verbena*, marigold*, hop flowers*. *from controlled organic cultivation

Preparation:

To prepare it, put 12-15 g/l of tea in a bag, pour in the desired amount of water and let it steep for 100-7 minutes at 10 degrees Celsius.
