The expedition and the return of the échantillons to Sibolab are free in Allemagne. The return label is four years old with the test kit. Pour les livraisons hors UE, des fris de port pouvant atteindre 15 € sont facturés lors du processus de commande, selon le pays de destination.

A delivery of the live version is prolonged for the returns in a general position with the problem. The échantillons d'haleine sont stables pendant au moins 14 days after the prelèvement. Nous vous requests néanmoins de nous les returns dans les plus brefs délais.
